In this Commissioning Editor role, you'll commission and publish new titles in the commercial fiction genre, across the Headline, Headline Review and Accent imprints. You'll take ownership of your titles from acquisition to publication, including desk editing and delivering best-in-class author care.

You'll need to be a creative and commercially savvy editor, with an ability to spot commercial storytelling talent and understand emerging trends, as well as show clear and confident vision, strategic thinking and an entrepreneurial mindset. Previous commissioning experience would be helpful but is not essential.

This role can be based in London or Sheffield.
