As General Manager of Ballet Black, you'll be responsible for the administrative and financial management of the Company. You'll play a key role in managing the Company’s activities and finances, while helping to develop and deliver exciting new projects

You'll need to have a clear enthusiasm for the work that Ballet Black does both artistically and in leading the way for societal change in diversity. And you'll need experience of working in a creative environment in an administrative capacity, with skills and knowledge across financial and business planning, financial reporting, audit, cashflow management and governance. Strong organisational and communication skills will also be important for this role.

This role is a fixed-term contract for 12 months, with the possibility of becoming permanent.
