You'll manage content strategies and support content planning for platforms like The Student Room and Student Crowd, track key metrics using tools like Customer Voice, Gecko and Customer Thermometer, and produce insightful reports to inform future activities. This role also involves line management of a Marketing Administrator, giving you the opportunity to lead and mentor.
You'll need experience using CRM systems and analysing data to drive decisions, with strong content creation skills and a keen eye for detail and branding. You'll also need excellent communication, relationship-building and organisational skills, with a commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences.
