As Communications & Design Officer at Empathy Lab UK, you'll play a key role in planning, designing, marketing and delivering activities including the annual Read for Empathy book collection, the Empathy Day Festival every June, a Schools’ Programme and innovative work with publishers, authors and illustrators.

You'll design resources, training materials and assets, and lead on social media and email marketing campaigns, including designing and editing video content.

You'll need strong digital design and content creation skills, along with a good understanding of digital marketing and communications planning and delivery.

The role will suit someone with a love of children’s literature, and keen skills in digital design and video content.
